Overview

The Facilities Coordinator (Lead) at JLL is responsible for managing facility support, sustainability projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations while providing excellent customer service.

In Short

  • Schedule preventative maintenance with vendors.
  • Manage hard and soft services across the site.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance service calls.
  • Assist with furniture delivery and corporate events.
  • Monitor sustainability projects and activities.
  • Collect and track data related to sustainability.
  • Use Corrigo for work order management.
  • Conduct safety walk-throughs of the facility.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Support administrative projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate required; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant industry experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience preferred.
  • Experience in aerospace or defense industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in Google G-Suite and Corrigo CMMS.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Comfortable with complex audio-visual equipment.
  • Ability to prioritize facility use based on business needs.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting.
