Overview

The Facilities Coordinator provides assistance to the facility management team to ensure successful service delivery of the client facility needs.

In Short

  • Provide overall facility management services.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs.
  • Create and assign work orders to engineering staff and vendors.
  • Manage service and performance of vendors.
  • Assist with measuring and reporting key performance indicators.
  • Provide facilities helpdesk services.
  • Maintain communication with clients and contractors.
  • Train vendors on work order and billing procedures.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of experience in administrative or tenant services.
  • Experience with data entry and customer service.
  • Knowledge of lease terms and management agreements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
