Facilities Coordinator - Remote

Join our dynamic team at Cushman & Wakefield and be part of a global leader in real estate services. We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Coordinator to manage a diverse portfolio of up to 250 client sites.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of client properties.
• Be the initial point of contact for reactive maintenance works.
• Maintain high quality facilities through diligent reviews.
• Monitor and assess completed sub-contractor works.
• Establish and manage the asset lifecycle plan.
• Support financial management and reporting.
• Attend regular meetings with stakeholders.
• Use technology to improve performance.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience in Facilities Management.
• Strong client focus and customer service mindset.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPI targets.
• Australian Citizenship required.
• Currently based in Canberra.
• Willing to work onsite 5 days a week.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance.
