Overview

The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for visitors, providing professional and welcoming service at facility reception areas while managing visitor flow and supporting general administrative functions.

In Short

  • Greet and guide visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including Authority employees and tenants
  • Maintain a presentable and organized reception area
  • Handle visitor registration, requests, inquiries, and complaints
  • Provide information about the venue and available services
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
  • Administer meeting and conference room bookings
  • Support event logistics as needed
  • Work on assigned shifts including potential overtime
  • Maintain professional appearance and compliance with regulations

Requirements

  • Diploma/Higher Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
  • Preferably from property management, facilities management, or hotel industries
  • Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Cheerful and welcoming demeanor
  • Well-organized with attention to detail
  • Able to work independently with strong people skills
