The Vice President, Aircraft Management Sales is responsible for driving the growth of the company’s aircraft management portfolio by acquiring new clients across the United States. This executive-level position focuses on selling customized Part 91 and Part 135 aircraft management solutions, with a strategic emphasis on engaging Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs). The role requires a results-oriented sales leader with deep experience in private aviation who excels in high-touch, relationship-driven environments.

In Short

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure new Aircraft Management clients and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with aircraft owners, family offices, and aviation consultants.
  • Generate leads through referrals, networking, and private events.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and presentations reflecting the company's value proposition.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM (HubSpot) of sales activities and prospect interactions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives for signing new clients.
  • Represent the company at luxury and aviation events.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and UHNW consumer behavior.
  • Demonstrate core values in all interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven success in aviation or sales to ultra-high net worth individuals.
  • Knowledge of contracting with strong negotiating skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM (HubSpot).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Experience in luxury sales preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
