Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and self-driven People Operations Associate (HR Generalist) to join our People team and run the day-to-day HR operations that power our company.

In Short

• Manage Core HR Processes, improving onboarding and offboarding logistics.
• Maintain Accurate HR Data, keeping HR systems and records up to date.
• Support Compliance and Policy Management, assisting with labor law compliance.
• Provide Employee Support, serving as the first point of contact for HR inquiries.
• Contribute to HR Projects and Initiatives, supporting company-wide People initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Development OR 1-2 years of HR experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Google Sheets add-ons.
• Highly organized and process-oriented.
• Ability to self-prioritize and stay focused.
• Sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Proactive, owner mindset with strong written communication skills.
