Business Intelligence (BI) Team Leader - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Team Leader to lead and mentor our BI development team. This role involves guiding a small team of BI professionals, delivering innovative Power BI solutions, and collaborating with senior stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a balance of technical expertise, leadership experience, and strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power BI.
• At least 2 years of experience as a BI team leader.
• Demonstrated expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Solid understanding of business processes.
• Experience with data governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data integration tools is preferred.
