Lead Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Lead BI Analyst will be instrumental in building and scaling DeleteMe's Business Intelligence and Analytics capabilities, overseeing both technical and strategic aspects of BI.

In Short

• Build and maintain robust dbt models and data marts using advanced SQL.
• Use Git for version control and collaborative workflows.
• Collaborate with the DWH team for seamless data integration.
• Design and manage Tableau dashboards for actionable insights.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Present insights through compelling visualizations and reports.
• Act as the primary BI liaison for various teams.
• Advocate for BI best practices and process optimization.
• Support B2B and/or B2C environments, preferably in SaaS.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in BI or Data Analysis.
• Proficiency in Tableau, dbt, and Snowflake.
• Experience with ETL processes and data models.
• Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of GTM and Finance functions.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.
