Overview

The Customer Success Manager- NATO & Netherlands will be responsible for supporting ongoing discussions with the customer, providing direct customer support through renewals and on-boarding of new business to ensure that Janes content, data and services are being utilised by the user community in the best possible manner for both Janes and the customer.

In Short

  • Primary point of coordination with the customer for support.
  • Develop and maintain an engaged user community.
  • Train end users on available content and data.
  • Work with Sales to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct end user community surveys and follow up on feedback.
  • Support testing of new products and development of existing products.
  • Lead user community engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on client engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in a data service provider or Aerospace and Defence sectors.
  • Proven track record in a pro-active working environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience communicating with decision-makers and c-level executives.
  • Collaboration within a regional team.
  • Proven administrative skills including remote work.
  • Experience balancing hard and soft line reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with a drive to resolve issues.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages beneficial.
