Join Our Mission: Help the Helpers with Jane. We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven high-volume Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Customer Support function by managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Customer Support Representatives.

  • Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • 3-4 years of experience in high-volume recruiting required.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting platforms like Lever ATS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
  • Experience in Customer Success roles or customer support.
  • Strong interviewing skills and ability to assess candidate fit.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment efforts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Positive and solution-oriented approach throughout recruitment.
