Requirements

• A University Degree in Computer or related STEM field plus 10+ years of experience.
• Experience operating at the Staff level across multiple products and companies.
• Extensive experience in design and architecture, making impactful decisions.
• Proven experience leading technical efforts and establishing best practices.
• Desire to remain actively involved in coding while leading teams.
• Ability to create technical roadmaps aligning engineering with business goals.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
