Lifecycle Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

As Jane’s first dedicated Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll help shape how we guide practitioners through their journey, from first touch, to activation, retention, and long-term advocacy.

In Short

• Design and manage nurture, onboarding, upsell, and winback campaigns across owned channels
• Build and optimize multi-channel journeys using behavioral triggers, segmentation, and personalized content
• Partner with Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Marketing Ops to deliver helpful, high-performing messaging
• Use A/B tests and control groups to iterate and improve campaign performance
• Track KPIs like activation, adoption, retention, and conversion to inform optimizations
• Create lifecycle playbooks and ensure strong data hygiene and compliance practices
• Use automation tools and customer data to build audiences and refine targeting

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building automated journeys in tools like HubSpot, Braze, or Iterable
• Experience in building full-funnel programs, from onboarding to upsell to retention
• Comfortable with segmentation, personalization, and managing campaigns across multiple owned channels
• Experience in running A/B tests, interpreting results, and applying insights to improve performance
• Ability to pull reports or cohorts and use tools like Looker, Google Analytics, or Tableau
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate well across teams
• Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS and/or shaping lead scoring models
