Requirements

• A University Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• Approximately 15+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience in leadership capacity at the Senior Staff or Architect level.
• Proven experience in shaping and driving technical strategy.
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively.
• Hands-on technical leadership with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
