In Short

  • Lead the entire sales strategy for your designated region.
  • Execute Jama’s broader market strategy to target the right customers.
  • Qualify, develop, and close new logo customers.
  • Balance various selling techniques from phone to direct customer interaction.
  • Expand Jama’s footprint within existing customer accounts.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Handle business pipeline and provide accurate reports and forecasts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
  • Track activity and account data in Jama’s CRM system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS sales methodologies.
  • Experience selling into complex organizations at the CXO level.
  • Ability to develop a mentor/champion within customer accounts.
  • Drives for results and closes deals.
  • Excellent listener who understands customer challenges.
  • Leverages success stories to demonstrate value.
  • 2-4+ years of experience with enterprise-level sales.
