Senior Associate - Global Investigations - Remote

Overview

As a researcher with J.S Held, you will work closely with global teams that provide companies, legal counsel, financial institutions, government agencies, and high-profile individuals with the information required to make well-informed business and legal decisions.

In Short

• Support private equity firms and financial institutions in key investment decisions.
• Undertake investigative research including public domain and media research.
• Conduct searches including corporate filings, litigations, and regulatory databases.
• Co-ordinate with supporting teams involved in investigations.
• Prepare comprehensive research reports summarizing findings.
• Prepare research reports on industry sectors and geopolitical risks.
• Be involved in preparing proposals and sales pitches for clients.
• Support other practices of the company as needed.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in relevant fields.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects.
• Strong primary and secondary research skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.
• Deep understanding of research techniques and report drafting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
