Overview

The Account Director for the Utilities Practice will focus on business development and account management for large and mid-size accounts in North America, driving sales and expanding the use of J.D. Power's customer experience products.

In Short

  • Generate revenue by selling to large and mid-size account customers.
  • Achieve assigned annual Sales Incentive Program (SIP) Booking numbers.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships in the Utilities industry.

  • Manage a robust opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.com.
  • Participate in contract renewal efforts for consulting solutions.
  • Create territory and account plans to meet sales quotas.
  • Contribute to business development and revenue opportunities.
  • Attend industry conferences and client events.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in consultative and enterprise account selling.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with data analytics, preferably in Utilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Willingness to travel 20%-30% of the time.
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
