Overview

As a Business Developer for IXON, you will help grow our presence in the Swedish market by identifying new opportunities and building long-term relationships with machine builders.

In Short

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with machine builders in Sweden.
  • Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build a strong network of prospects and industry connections.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Support, and Solution Engineers.
  • Provide market insights to improve go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a commercial or business development role (B2B).
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, with a hands-on mentality.
  • Affinity with industrial automation, cloud solutions, or mechanical engineering is a plus.
