In Short

• Provide guidance to executives, engineers, product managers and data teams on product lifecycle issues.
• Identify legal issues in product build and develop in-depth product knowledge.
• Legal point of contact for launching new products and features.
• Expert on SaaS product lifecycle and data protection.
• Review and negotiate agreements with service providers.
• Monitor technology regulations affecting AI and telecommunications.
• Provide training to internal teams on relevant issues.
• Build cross-functional relationships with business teams.
• Own regulatory compliance across Iterable’s product suite.

Requirements

• Law degree and admitted to practice in a US jurisdiction.
• 6+ years of legal experience in an in-house department.
• Experience with complex technical specifications.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload.
• Collaborative team player with independent working ability.
