In Short

• Join Figma’s Legal Team as a Senior Product Counsel.
• Responsible for counseling core and developing products.
• Advise on new features, activities, markets, and ensure alignment.
• Provide strategic vision and legal direction from project development to launch.
• Mentor on design and modification of products, identifying risks.
• Build playbooks and establish processes for legal advice.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• 8+ years of legal practice experience required.
• 2+ years in-house legal experience preferred.
• Experience in a SaaS organization is a plus.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Membership in at least 1 U.S. State Bar.
• Strong legal judgment in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage high volume requests with limited direction.
• Experience translating legal concepts for non-legal audiences.
