As a Senior Product Counsel at Polygon Labs, you'll be part of a strong legal team advising on crypto-product development, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution, ensuring responsible innovation while adhering to global legal standards.

In Short

• Act as the primary legal advisor for product teams across the Polygon ecosystem.
• Provide legal and regulatory advice related to blockchain products.

• Monitor regulatory developments relevant to web3 and blockchain products.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active admission to a U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of experience in a leading law firm or in-house legal department.
• Minimum of 3 years advising on product legal matters in a crypto/web3 company.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across legal disciplines.
• Deep experience in web3 and blockchain technologies.
• Experience in privacy, data security, and intellectual property law.
• Familiarity with blockchain legal issues like smart contracts and DAOs.
• Flexible, solutions-oriented mindset in an uncertain regulatory environment.
