Director of Business Insights - Remote

Overview

The Director on Iterable’s Business Insights team will lead a team of Data Analysts and Data Engineers to develop and execute data-driven strategies across various departments.

In Short

• Partner with executive leadership to drive strategy through data.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders around consistent KPIs and metrics.
• Establish and refine business processes and data governance.
• Lead the development of the data warehouse and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Design and produce analytics and business intelligence solutions.
• Identify competency gaps and develop plans to address them.
• Ensure documentation of data processes and controls.
• Communicate the strategic goals of applied data effectively.
• Design scalable tools to monitor business health.
• Drive the success of the Business Insights team through data literacy programs.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing and scaling teams.
• Understanding of Business Insights tool infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of technology company metrics.
• Experience with Sigma, Hightouch, and Snowflake.
• Ability to foresee department and company-level data needs.
