Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Quality Assurance & Content Specialist to support the quality, performance, and content accuracy of their digital products across selected markets.

• Test product features including deposit flows, withdrawal processes, and gameplay functionality.
• Verify platform performance across different devices and user journeys.
• Ensure all website content is accurate, clear, and aligned with internal standards.
• Follow structured testing procedures provided by the business.
• Identify and report bugs, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyse deposit and withdrawal flows across the client’s platforms and competitor websites.
• Review and proofread translated content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and appropriate tone.
• Conduct competitor analysis on features, promotions, UX, and content strategies.
• Identify industry trends and potential opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and analyse leading Telegram communities in target markets.
