Overview

Our client, a well-established international player in the online entertainment and sports betting sector, is seeking a competent and proactive Office Administrator to join their Malta-based team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic office environment while also acting as a personal assistant to the board of directors.

In Short

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters.
  • Provides personal assistance to the board of directors, including managing appointment calendars.
  • Prepares and compiles documents requiring director signatures.
  • Greets visitors and handles incoming requests with professionalism.
  • Organizes and distributes documentation from both internal and external sources.
  • Manages daily errands and supports smooth office operations.
  • Schedules meetings and prepares meeting rooms accordingly.
  • Collaborates closely with the HR Manager on HR-related duties.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements including flights and accommodation.
  • Prepares expense reports and manages petty cash.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Maltese.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, capable of multitasking.
  • Able to organize responsibilities independently.
  • Deadline-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
