IT Technician - RMM Specialist - Remote

Overview

The IT Technician will specialize in Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), providing internal user support and documentation while working primarily in-office for the first three months and then transitioning to a hybrid model.

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Knowledge of local resources management (CPU/RAM/HDD).
• Experience with Event Viewer/Logs Diagnostics.
• Understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Linux, and VMware.
• Familiarity with backup solutions (Veeam, Datto, Acronis).
• Knowledge of security principles (firewalls, antivirus).
• Experience with ConnectWise is a major asset.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Comfortable communicating in French and English.
