Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Customer Success Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage state-of-the-art digital engineering tools—including CAD, CFD, FEM, and others—to address and advance the digital engineering needs of our customer organizations.

In Short

  • Collaborate with customer organizations to implement digital engineering solutions.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for customer inquiries.
  • Utilize digital engineering tools to analyze and simulate designs.
  • Develop and maintain software solutions for digital engineering workflows.
  • Document technical solutions and create training materials.
  • Report progress and align projects with technical strategy.
  • Stay updated on trends in digital engineering and software development.
  • Work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel and embed with customer organizations.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies is preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with digital engineering tools (CAD, CFD, FEM).
  • Expertise in software development best practices.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
