The Virtual Healthcare Case Coordinator will manage medical billing, initial authorizations, and case management activities related to Skilled Nursing Facilities while collaborating with a US client during Eastern Standard Time hours.

• Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
• Reliable power backup solution.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
