In Short

• Fully remote role requiring experience in the U.S. healthcare industry.
• Working hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9am – 6pm EST.
• Responsibilities include data entry, quality control, and managing communications.
• Must have a fixed fibre internet line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
• A reliable power backup solution is mandatory.
• Daily checks of customers’ EHR systems for data accuracy.
• Assist in monitoring messaging quality and ensure timely follow-up.
• Oversee data extraction and processing handled by AI.
• Collaborate with AI tools as they are implemented.
• Contribute across multiple areas aligned with U.S. healthcare standards.

Requirements

• Experience in the U.S. healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in data entry and quality control.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage and support daily communications processes.
• Experience with EHR systems.
• Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and power backup.
