In Short

• Support facility purchasing operations for U.S. healthcare clients.
• Work remotely during EST hours from 9am to 6pm.
• Handle procurement oversight and ensure cost control and compliance.
• Receive and review purchase orders for compliance and appropriateness.
• Manage non-catalogue item tickets and communicate with facilities.
• Monitor equipment rentals and ensure timely returns.
• Process electronic invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Requires a fixed fibre internet line and power backup.
• Work on both South African and US public holidays.
• This is a fully remote working role.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Sound judgment and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with healthcare procurement processes is a plus.
• Must have a reliable power backup solution.
• Must have a minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps.
• Flexibility to work during EST hours.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders.
