Overview

This role involves managing healthcare accounts and ensuring seamless claims processing and authorizations for a USA-based client.

In Short

• Manage healthcare accounts for claims processing.
• Review clinical information for case management.
• Coordinate approvals and follow up on claims.
• Resolve denials and liaise with insurance providers.
• Utilize MS Office for reporting and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Work remotely from South Africa.
• Must have a fixed fibre line with minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
• Power backup solution required for outages.
• Work EST hours from 9am to 6pm.

Requirements

• USA healthcare call center experience required.
• Strong understanding of billing and accounts receivable.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage claims and authorizations effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
