CaseGuard is a startup based in the DC area, expanding and looking for a Healthcare Account Executive. The ideal candidate loves talking to people, proactively solving issues and enjoys traveling to represent CaseGuard at conferences in the healthcare industry. You will play a crucial role in driving our growth and increasing sales productivity.

In Short

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and plans.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customers’ needs.
  • Record all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Manage new leads, perform demos, send quotes, and follow-ups.
  • Identify potential customers through research and outreach.
  • Travel and represent CaseGuard at conferences.

Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare sales.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Ability to anticipate future business opportunities.
