• Seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist for a US-based client.
• Role involves diagnosing and resolving platform and kiosk-related issues.
• Manage user accounts and ensure a positive experience with the platform.
• Take full ownership of the customer support function.
• Handle inbound queries and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
• Requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays.
• Must have a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
• Reliable power backup required for outages.
• Fully remote work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in customer support or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience with SaaS platforms preferred.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and power backup.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to work during specified hours and holidays.
