Client Outreach Coordinator (US Healthcare) - Remote

Overview

ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa partners with a US-based client providing healthcare services to nursing home residents. We are seeking a Client Outreach Coordinator to follow up with leads, engage prospective clients, and guide them through the sign-up process.

In Short

• Engage Warm Leads: Contact prospective clients who have already expressed interest in healthcare services.
• Promote Solutions: Clearly and persuasively communicate the value of healthcare service offerings.
• Convert & Close: Use consultative sales skills to guide prospects through the decision-making and sign-up process.
• Manage Relationships: Keep accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Support Prospects: Provide excellent service by answering queries and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
• Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps is mandatory.
• Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required.
• Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role.
• Public Holidays: Required to work on all South African public holidays.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in sales or outreach roles.
• Ability to manage relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems.
• Must have the required internet and power backup.
