The Patient Outreach Coordinator is responsible for providing compassionate support to patients through high-volume inbound and outbound calls, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to performance metrics.

Requirements

• Self-motivated in a work-from-home environment.
• Minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
