Overview

The Retention Operations Analyst at Cigna Healthcare is responsible for managing the renewal process for clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing high-quality service throughout the renewal experience.

In Short

• Process end-to-end client renewal transactions across all product lines.
• Communicate renewal experience details and potential risks.
• Maintain tracking and reporting of deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with quality and production standards.
• Utilize web-based resources for compliance checks.
• Provide final benefit summaries to ensure a positive client experience.
• Participate in root cause analysis for renewal issues.
• Engage in projects related to product/process initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills required.
• Previous sales operations experience preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality work delivery.
• Knowledge of systems such as Excel, Word, and Salesforce.
• General knowledge of insurance products and sales support procedures.
• Audit and/or Quality Assurance experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with matrix partners preferred.
