• Support a U.S.-based ABA therapy company as an HR Assistant.
• Work closely with the Director on HR operations.
• Act as a first point of contact for HR matters.
• Assist with performance-related processes.
• Handle administrative processes and employee-related matters.
• Conduct research for HR policy compliance.
• Work remotely with specific internet and power requirements.
• Maintain accurate HR records.
• Support implementation of new HR processes.
• Work during U.S. and South African public holidays.

Requirements

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Fast learner with minimal instruction required.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook).
