• Seeking a motivated Client Onboarding Coordinator for US-based clients.
• Primary contact for facility partners in a healthcare technology platform.
• Build strong relationships and ensure successful platform adoption.
• Drive account growth through proactive engagement.
• Manage onboarding and ongoing account management.
• Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
• Must work on both South African and U.S. public holidays.
• Requires a fixed fibre internet line and power backup.
• Fully remote position.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client experience.

Requirements

• Experience in client onboarding and account management.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Ability to monitor account health and address issues proactively.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology platforms is a plus.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and power backup.
• Willingness to work on public holidays.
• Ability to collaborate with various internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills to track onboarding progress.
• Proactive attitude towards client engagement.
