Client Care Coordinator (ABA Services) - Remote

Overview

The Client Care Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for families throughout their ABA therapy journey, supporting operational efficiency and service quality.

• Act as the main liaison between families and the clinical team.
• Manage client onboarding and insurance authorization processes.
• Coordinate scheduling for clients and clinical staff.
• Track and manage client-related documentation for compliance.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and RBTs for seamless service delivery.
• Provide updates to families, addressing questions with empathy.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Support team performance with process improvements.

Requirements

• Must work EST hours (9am to 6pm EST).
• Fixed fibre internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps speed required.
• Reliable power backup solution needed for outages.
• Experience in customer service or coordination roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
