Overview

ISN Corporation is seeking an experienced Field Operations Leader to oversee field operations for a Head Start Contract, ensuring compliance with federal guidelines and managing the field team.

In Short

• Oversee field operations to ensure compliance with federal guidelines.
• Manage HQ support team and quality control personnel.
• Act as primary point of contact to the client.
• Review program data and client deliverables for quality assurance.
• Ensure deadline compliance for HQ team and field staff.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Head Start Program standards.
• Evaluate Reviewer reports for quality assurance and compliance.
• Facilitate implementation of the Office of Head Start system.
• Support strategic planning and program decision making.
• Supervise Head Start staff and conduct performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or 6+ years related experience.
• Minimum two years of Supervisory experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with CLASS accreditation preferred.
