In Short

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and engage them in discussions about iSchool's educational offerings.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, providing detailed information about available courses and services.
  • Build and manage a customer pipeline through follow-up calls and effective relationship management.
  • Assist customers in understanding the benefits of our programs, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for improving sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
