Telesales Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Active outbound calls to schedule appointments for the Coface sales team
• Campaign-based outbound calls for needs assessments and product information discussions
• Telephone support for our existing and new customers
• Follow-up on invitations to conferences and events
• Support in implementing lead generation campaigns in preparation for outbound calls
• Creation of campaign success reports for the Customer Service department
• Maintenance of collected information in the CRM system

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• Ideally experience in a similar position (e.g., call center)
• Basic understanding of economic contexts
• Proficient in using common Microsoft Office programs
• Fluent communication in both German and English
• Enjoyment and enthusiasm for proactive calling as well as result and customer orientation
• Ability to convince customers with a friendly demeanor
