Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

IronArch Technology is seeking an Instructional Designer to develop and deliver virtual training sessions for VA users across a suite of enterprise tools.

In Short

• Lead virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams.
• Provide follow-up materials to reinforce learning outcomes.
• Create and maintain instructional materials and job aids.
• Update content regularly based on user feedback.
• Manage class schedules and coordinate with VA’s TMS.
• Track and report on training participation and user metrics.
• Gather user feedback to improve instructional approaches.
• Collaborate with support teams for training alignment.

Requirements

• Public Trust Clearance or higher.
• 4–6 years in IT software training or adult learning roles.
• Experience delivering virtual training sessions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and learning management systems.
• Strong facilitation, instructional design, and communication skills.
