Overview

IronArch Technology is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to serve as a backend engineer and manage a small team within the VA ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend/full stack development experience.
• 1+ years of people management experience.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Experience in government software delivery preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
