This role leads a team focused on empowering backend engineers to ship high-quality code efficiently and joyfully. As the Senior Engineering Manager, you'll guide a group of technically exceptional engineers to build tooling, systems, and frameworks that remove friction from the software development lifecycle. Your team will work closely with other platform teams to instrument developer workflows, champion product-centric improvements, and implement strategies that enhance velocity and scalability across a growing engineering organization.
