Overview

As an Engineering Manager at 6sense, you will lead high-impact engineering projects and contribute to cutting-edge innovations.

In Short

• Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier software engineering talent.

• Ensure new features are thoroughly tested at scale before release.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software development, with at least 2+ years managing teams.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Python, Go, Ruby on Rails or equivalent technologies.
• BS/MS in Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional, multi-team projects.
