Overview

Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and results-driven Backend Engineering Manager to lead and grow engineering teams while ensuring robust backend systems for their Ecommerce platform.

• Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in development with a backend focus.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin or other OOP languages.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
