As a Backend Engineering Manager at Qwello, you will lead the Backend team to ensure the delivery of stability and scaling goals of our backend and related services, while fostering a culture of belonging and team empowerment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role.
• Strong technical background with coding experience.
• Ability to translate technical work for external stakeholders.
• Philosophy of leadership that amplifies the team.
• Knowledge of Rust, Python, AWS, and Terraform.
• Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
