  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong technology skills, especially in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Must be responsive and proactive in communication.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Must maintain professionalism and reliability in a remote setting.
