iPromo is looking for a Remote Bookkeeper – Accountant.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Track vendor and customer transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools like SAGE.
• Advanced skills in Excel and cloud-based platforms.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working with U.S.-based teams.
• Own equipment and wired internet with backup.
