In Short

• Full time, long term, remote work for the right candidate.
• Project management in support of your sales team.
• Source out items and create presentations for proposals.
• Create quotes and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Communicate with Sales Reps and Customers.
• Place orders with vendors and provide order updates.
• Collect pricing information and compare pricing.
• Check proofs for accuracy before sending to customers.
• Communicate with Accounting for seamless order and payment.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Sales Support.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Commonsku, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Own equipment and wired internet with backup.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Availability during CST hours.
