In Short

  • Support partner-facing tickets, prioritizing and resolving issues related to shipments, configurations, APIs, and system errors (P1–P3).
  • Assist in troubleshooting backend and cloud issues by reviewing logs, running API requests, and analyzing code.
  • Help monitor AWS-based workflows (SQS, SNS, Lambda) and support operational tasks using tools like CloudWatch.
  • Execute and update scripts and configurations using Python and Git, with support from the team.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Carrier Operations, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Document solutions, contribute to internal knowledge bases, and maintain clear communication with partners.

Requirements

  • 1 year in software development, software engineering, or closely related work.
  • 1 year in customer-facing roles related to technical support.
  • Interest in using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to assist with learning, debugging, and code understanding.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms in an operational capacity.
  • Experience with ticket management systems such as Jira or similar is a plus.
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or Elastic is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency, C1 preferred.
